MyNWNS CRM Customer Relationship Management) is available to NWNS’s Customers, target accounts and employees. It grants the user direct access to our CRM system hence access to a variety of information and services including:

    • Reporting an outage and opening a ticket.
    • Checking tickets and their status.

In the event you want to check the status of a ticket, please have your ticket reference number at hand. Such a reference looks similar to “CAS-01478-F6M6C9”

myNWNS login is not required if you want to:
