NWNS is also dedicated to servicing the needs of its customers by providing 24/7 support from its Network Operations Center (NOC) located at its facility close to Mumbai (India). On-staff technicians are available to help diagnose and troubleshoot any problem that may occur in our customer’s network. For the past 12 years the field implementation of VSAT and satellite networks world-wide has been NWNS’ core business. And it still is to an extend. But we’ve evolved, broaden our horizon and expanded our product portfolio.
Today, NWNS offers consultancy and global field support to (corporate) customers who want to roll-out and maintain MPLS (Multi Protocol Layer Switching), IPLS (IP-only LAN Service) and DIA (Dedicated Internet Access) networks for enterprise WAN and SD-WAN connectivity. More and more we are actively supporting customers in need for electrical power solutions in remote areas and we’ve become heavily involved in the remote sensor business related to environmental and agricultural applications. For customers who want to test their products under harsh circumstances we have 80 ha company owned facility which is perfect for endurance tests in Tanzania.

At NWNS, we operate a transparent pricing model where all costs – including those that are ongoing – are communicated from the outset, enabling you as a customer not to have to worry about any hidden costs of an incomprehensible pricing model.
In simple wording, this means that we want to avoid hidden surprises (and uncomfortable discussions) and as much as possible after the fact extra charges on the final invoice. The downside however is that our quotations may look slightly higher at first glance, compared to our esteemed competitors who maintain different models.
Typically, NWNS charges all-inclusive and by the job. Pricing accordingly is only possible if all critical details have been shared with NWNS at the time of request. Therefore, please submit an email including a detailed description of your exact requirements or better and therefore preferred – just fill out the one of the web-based tool forms. Alternatively, you are invited to contact a NWNS sales representative.
Why a uniform / rate card pricing structure for NWNS field services is not always possible
We at NWNS understand that our clients prefer static or uniform pricing aka “Rate Card”. Benefits of this strategy include the ease of administration and the customer goodwill created by such a policy. The main disadvantage is that a rigid uniform pricing policy can easily be matched or undercut by our competitors. But this is not the only reason:
With today’s unstable geopolitical times certain critical parameters are highly unpredictable.
Besides, every customer, every location, every site and every solution is unique in its own way.
Therefore, NWNS services are difficult to capture in a definite quote upfront or a uniform pricing structure (rate card)….but we do our best to be as accurate and transparent as reasonably possible.
NWNS works with independent field service representatives
NWNS maintains a unique resource database of skilled personnel with extensive, practical experience of working unsupervised in hazardous and remote areas for prolonged periods. This database features field representatives with years of experience and proven track records.
